Pros

-Good benefits -Flexible work time (until they take it away) -Good job security - you can often find another position within Accenture if your team lost the contract or something and needs to shut down -Generally willing to let you have time off when you need it -Emphasis on work culture -May provide a training class for newcomers -Lots of parties with free alcohol, if you are into that -Generally friendly coworkers

Cons

-Unorganized management. Work loads are wildly erratic. You may spend 2 months or more doing nothing (often this is them having you sit on a project running tests in circles) and then have a month rush. Information gathering is a tedious chore as you will have to track down who has what information for what you need. -Unhelpful management - Asking questions will often lead to a very unhelpful response. Often overworked (even when non-management has almost nothing to do), they will turn you away because they are busy. Or you will receive the advice of "do whatever it takes to get it done" from the main lead. -Pay is time based. The longer you work there, the more you can make. But they will not consider raising your pay for performance, so coworkers are often very unmotivated. -May remove flexible work time -Open office, lots of foot traffic and noise, managers yelling about the latest episode of Walking Dead
