Company rules and regulations are employee friendly especially for women, more emphasis is given on people with disabilities, women and for any employee having personal medical emergency or any issue. All the above matters are dealt with empathy and proper arrangements will be made to help that individual. Never belive variable componenet what accenture provides, its a big scam you hardly get anything in your hand at the end.

Cons

Work life balance is a myth. You will have pressure from client and accenture senior management. You literally has to forget about your personal life and dedicate your complete day just to accenture, even that will fall short sometimes as they will expect you to get involved in extra curicular activities like to organize events help other team from accenture management team. Even if you get promotion and grow in the company, its never gone be a boon , its gone be more painful. If you are ready focus 100% on only your work and can catchup with your family during weekends, this is the best company for you.
