Thriving politics. Has become a blue collar company of late as compared to a blue chip company a few years back. One has to be strategic with one's career opportunities, there are many roles that lead you nowhere. Likely to get lost in a big project landscape and realize that time has ticked with no skills added. Choose the projects and work carefully before accepting.
