Pros

Amazing culture, people, benefits. I've gotten a promotion 3 times within the first 2 years of me working here. The managers I've worked with has had it in their interest to help me grow and succeed in the company. As a first time mom they have been very accommodating and they offer benefits for child care as well :)

Cons

They don't do real-time promotions so if you get promoted after the beginning or mid-year cut off, you have to wait for till the following beginning or mid-year time period to see an increase in your pay.
