      - great codification of change management, systems integration and outsourcing practices - plethora of do-it-yourself training, CBTs, knowledge sharing e.t.c. - good way to jump start an information technology career - excellent reputation for consistent delivery of large change management rollouts, ERP implementations and outsourcing initiatives for behemoth clients - fun hardworking people

      Cons

      - Compensation, particularly the meager bonus component, is below that of management consulting firms and also incongruent with the hours involved - Client deliverables sometimes -usually the second time around- felt overly standardized boring

      Pros

      Excellent opportunities to learn, fantastic peer group, very free flow of information, high level of respect for the individual, the very best of the projects out there in the spaces in which Accenture operates. Challenging work, great people, a culture of achievement all combine to make this the company to work in for consistently high performers. They also have an excllent training commitment which is particularly beneficial for the more junior staff but less so but still material for more senior staff.

      Cons

      Very intense workplace with a low work-life balance. Dollar salary is lower than other companies, but that is (to an extent) mitigated by the non-financial benefits such as the learning and experience.
