Pros

Very structured and organized company, excellent place where to start IT carreer. Unlimited training opportunities

Cons

Compensation is below average if you work on local projects, limited carreer opportunities for experienced hires since Riga branch works as a resource pool for Nordic countries.

Pros

Accenture allows its analysts and consultants to pick from a variety of roles, this allows new hires to test out the waters and see where they fit in best.

Cons

Compensation is definitely an issue. There is no more overtime pay, so its definitely a bummer if you are working 60-70 hours a week for 3 months and you are not being compensated for it.

Pros

Opportunities to work for big names across the globe. Opportunities for training

Cons

Poor performance measure, not based on ability and effort but on your connection with the management. Solution people are downgraded by pay and by promotions. Long working hours. Easy to be laid off.
