Pros

You learn a lot about different industries through hands on experience. You have the ability to travel domestically and abroad, great perk if you are single. Very good vacation days, good training, great people to work with. Overall it's a pretty good job fresh out of college.

Cons

Current compensation is below the industry standard, promotion structure has drastically changed, making it a very convoluted process; meaning talent doesn't really get you promoted you need to be well liked by your project management. No overtime pay, and you are just another number when times get tough.

Pros

A place to ask and learn. Need to take the initiative to ask around and learn more.

Cons

Lousy work/life balance. Poor moral at certain projects. Need to get feedback from employees.
