Good brand name for the resume Lots of work in the Washington DC area right now Enough flexibility in consulting workforce to get a diverse set of experiences, but you have to be proactive Extensive training opportunities

Cons

Average compensation and benefits With so many projects, it may take a while to figure out where you fit best and how get to there Long hours with no overtime pay Possibly subject to intense travel demands

It's a great organization with really good benefits and great people. They have a lot of resources and great benefits.

Cons

It's a huge company and it's hard to stand out. I'm not really sure that I have any kind of career path in my group and how I would even get one.
