      If you're ok living in any of the 50 states for months at a time, go for it!

      Pros

      The culture is great, they're committed to diversity, it's a global company with the prospect of working anywhere in the world.

      Cons

      The actual work is very low-level for an analyst - frequently you're forced to to administrative or clerical type stuff, or data entry. Also, you're frequently forced to work on projects in awful places - suburban office parks are the backbone of the IT world. Get your bags packed for rural Alabama -- it's a possibility.

      Pros

      They appear professional(I said "appear"). I was trapped thinking I could make a good career, here.They are well marketed about their company.

      Cons

      They give full responsibility to Career Councelling and Supervisor in deciding your career. When working with Accenture, You need to know your champion.Your peer may be insincere than you...as long as you have buddy-relationship with Accenture folks, you are saved....if you just satisfy the client needs, that doesnt seem to be enough...It stinks, if you are sincere worker!!...I totally disagree with the culture they have built about setting objectives , twice every year...these are just reasons used ---when they want to get rid of you.
