Pros

The Accenture brand is extremely strong globally. Having Accenture on your resume, with a few years of experience will greatly help you in your next job! Remember, this place is rated very high (don't remember the number) in the "Top 100 Places to Start Your Career".

Cons

It's a great place to "start" your career (read: come here for a year or two, and then LEAVE!). It's not a great place to build and establish your career... unless you absolutely love Outsourcing related projects. There are other places that have much stronger reputations in the area of management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, etc.) and places that have a much stronger rep as far as solution development (Google, Microsoft, etc.). Don't fool yourself, being a Tech Consultant here is nothing more than being a highly paid and respected contractor.
