Pros

In four years here, I have gained the equivalent of seven or eight years of experience at a traditional corporate company due to the sheer variety of projects.

Cons

While my salary has grown, the internal raises rarely match the massive pay jumps I could get if I took my four years of experience and jumped to a competitor or client-side.

Pros

Good learning opportunities for freshers, supportive teammates, and exposure to large-scale enterprise projects. The company provides access to training platforms, certifications, and diverse technologies that help build technical and communication skills.

Cons

Career growth and salary hikes can sometimes feel slow, especially compared to market standards. Project allocation may not always align with employee interests, and work-life balance depends heavily on the client and team.
