Pros

Accenture is a great place to start after your college graduation. The company provides two-week training after your join the company and before you join a project. There are plenty of training opportunity throughout your career. The company provides a very good career path for every employee. Each employee has an advisor, and it's true even for the managers. Plenty of team building activities, such as dining out, traveling with coworkers in the same projects, or the coworkers in the same division.

Cons

Salary is sub par, projects require lots of over time to finish. Very strictly follows software process, not flexible enough to follow different development processes and methods based on the nature of the project.

Pros

1] The range of projects that one would get is really large... 2] You stay in synch with what's happening in the technology world around the globe... by all those global email letters.

Cons

1] Compensation is way too less. 2] Laterals get more than what people who have been here from start get 3] Peer Group is not something you can be proud of. 4] Peer group is not just technically unsound... they are not even aware of general awareness... and, it makes you dumber too..
