      pays extremely high to compensate for the workload and toxic behaviour

      Cons

      Long hours, workload is way over the top. This kills your personal time absolutely zero work life balance. You are told on signing that 1 day per week can be WFH That quickly erodes to nil WFH. you're told to suck it up as its construction, Ive never witnessed so much poor behaviour by senior project management than this ever. its a really awful environment to work in Big warning do not work for Acciona Australia
