Cumbersome procedures, imposed overtime, below average ability to estimate and forecast upcoming work. Poor understanding of development of junior personnel, knowledge succession, and promoting growth within the company. Lack of inclusivity culture, thriving favoritism. High personnel turnover due to low morale.
