People are very committed to the company, the industry is very interesting and it's a big company with many challenges to learn from

Pros

Great flight benefits. Great experience learning different parts of the industry. Delta has purchased a part of the company abd going through some of the harmonization has helped Aeromexico practices.

Cons

Not a great plan for growth. Not enough staff. Hard for company to retain staff. The pay is on the low side and there is no profit sharing.
