Fast-paced, growing quickly, always exciting new initiatives happening throughout the organization. Lots of talented executives adding improvements and great energy to the organization.

Cons

Extremely caddy and territorial atmosphere from the Director level down. At times, women seemed undervalued and less represented, and there was a fair degree of classism in the organization.

Travel benefits are good when you find the time to use your time off. Co-workers are kind and are willing to help one another.

Cons

Lack of empowerment, growth opportunities and innovation. The company seems to be stuck in the past but new management seems to have a more visionary approach.
