Estar respaldado por un sindicato, sabiendo que mientras hagas bien tu trabajo la empresa no puede ser arbitraria.

Cons

Pagos mal efectuados, siempre en contra. Administración abusiva, reducciones de sueldo, viaticos que no alcanzan, pago únicamente con la puerta cerrada del avión, lo demás lo haces gratis. Cancelaciones de vuelos cuando estás ya en el aeropuerto, sin compensación. Sueldo base miserable, ambiente de trabajo entre áreas hostil.
