Ideas meritocracy. We move fast, we fall down, analyze, get up and build again. Very little politics if you have data. High degree of freedom for product roadmapping. Fully resourced, independent scrums that have a laser focus - no pooled resources, no begging, no horse trading - just get stuff done.

Cons

Not much - sincerely enjoy working here.
