Pros

Lots of learning and challenging work. You get a chance to work on highly scalable systems.

Cons

1. Increased work pressure in last 1-2 years. We are asked to use AI tools and improve your productivity multi-folds which is not really practical. 2. Decreased interest on employee happiness. 3. Lots of cost cutting introduced like stoppage on travel. 4. No more good salary increments.
