bad management , I had faced new manager each quarter and every manager tries to judge people down And most of the top managerial are from a certain country same as CEO

Pay is not great but ok, if they open for ot and you can work long hours can easily make 2k extra but limited, salary basic ok only la about 3400 allowance fix at 600 and nothing much, can calm flight and hotel rm2500 a year but sometimes as customer it’s cheaper than staff discount

Cons

Since the new CEO took over it became a warfare on targets between ourselves
