      Amazing people - very smart and very humble. Everyone is here to learn and is open to sharing their ideas as well. People are passionate and driven to get things done and the environment enables them to bring new ideas to light.

      Cons

      Sometimes we end up with a lot of cool ideas with spreads out resources a bit too much. Can benefit from a bit more prioritization and scaling back some ideas
