Pros

– Fairly chill work environment, though that depends a lot on your team. – Decent pay for the region.

Cons

– The relocation itself is fairly smooth, but outside of visa stuff, you’re basically on your own. – Management quality is hit or miss (mostly miss) — some great folks, some not so much. Top management are not. – Tech leadership is mostly weak (depends on the area you’re in). – Codebase quality keeps trending in the wrong direction.

I love how Management is open to feedback. But it doesnt translate to action.

Cons

Agoda culture has changed to one where prioritizes everything above the employee. Managers lack empathy and newly hired managers further dilute our culture with by bringing their toxic culture.
