      Good package and most people were lovely

      Very American corporate vibes which is jarring if you are not familiar. I'm English and have worked for big corps there but this was a horrible environment

      Unclear promotion or career level (easier promotion or senior titles despite of lack of experiences for some teams). Low merit increase.

      - Certain benefits are good (health insurance, PTO, work/life balance) - International company so lots of relocation options - Generally, smart and nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Little to no chances to get promoted - Lack of investment in training compared to similar companies (every training is given by other Agoda employees, rarely to never to they hire external trainers) - A lot depends on your manager: whether you get promoted, how much visibility you'll get within the organization. You can be the best performer, but from what I have seen, that's not very important
