Every quarter I am a lot more intelligent about what works and what doesn't * Learning and Growth - I have been on 4 different teams in these 2 years and have learned more in every single quarter than I have ever done * Outstanding developer and production infrastructure * Great culture and supportive peers * Tech management done right - usually your managers are your senior peers who are incredibly helpful and have first-hand knowledge of your area * Good compensation * A healthy balance of big bets and incremental optimization
Cons
I feel that we sometimes lose focus of the customer in an effort to incrementally improve our products. Apart from this, I have really had the time of my life here.
