Pros

Low stress, easy work. Worked here a s a part time job, and the pay is a lot bettter tham most part time jobs you can find. Also very high levels of freedom in when you can show up to work etc.

Cons

Terribly mismanaged on a supermarket level. Very low motivation amongst the part time workers, who are all inexperienced. Management tries to be enthusiastic though.
