Pros

You are mostly working together with a fun, energetic team. There are discounts for employees. Somewhat flexible planning. For a teenager in Holland, there is decent pay.

Cons

Productivity is the number one target, and teammanagers will do anything to meet the target. That includes not being completely fair about worked hours and not accepting being ill.

Pros

Compensation fair.Work hours can be depending on the department. Due to size, there are lots of internal in which you participate.

Cons

Promotions are on seat, less so than actual performance.Company culture is old school. A lot of convoluted rules, especially in the side. This makes making somewhat difficult.
