      Pros

      Being part of e-commerce's top platform expanded my perspective toward a particular field. I enjoy the workspace a lot because the spaces are very open, and not to mention the weather here in Hangzhou is perfect. The compensation is very nice, Good pay

      Cons

      The location is a little bit far from the center of Hangzhou, around a 40–50 minute subway ride.
