AllianceOne had great benefits and did not enforce dress code so it was real casual. I also enjoyed working from home. The training for 5 weeks was very informative and thorough

Cons

I would have to say that they had a poor support desk for the agents as anytime I had IT issues, all my problems were thrown on the back burner and I would get reprimanded for their system problems. They would grade me on my productivity and when I was sent home well the programs would crash or I would just not be able to log in. A lot of the time, they would put the blame on me for their negligence.

Management tried to keep moral up with the employees. Often had company lunches and freebees

Cons

Working as a debt collector is really soul sucking and draining after awhile. Would suggest having a backup plan if you start here because not all people can handle it. Commissions felt very pyramid scheme like.
