My take on working @ Allianz!
Pros
- Not a bad company by far - they have a nice Bonus that varies depending on company / individual performance. - Financially stable, very good (positive) industry to be involved in - you are making an impact on people's lives - by providing much needed assistance to those that qualify. - CEO is awesome!! :)
Cons
- Communication is horrible and there is a huge internal disconnect between the Business unit(s) needs and the level of support that is actually provided. - Seems to be low morale and a lot of turnover which I have noticed to be significant in the almost 2 years that I have been there (partly because of the lack of proper support, I am assuming - it makes it very difficult to do ones job). - A lot of internal power struggles that definitely work against the overall productivity of the company, but I guess that is the case anywhere?
