      Annual Bonus (though never a sure thing) Lots of overtime

      Salary is not competitive with similar roles in other companies Salary is NEVER reviewed Lots of restrictions on when you can take your annual leave Massive pressure from management and team leaders to reach targets Staff are not at all appreciated and treated as expendable Team leaders don't care about their team members work load and only want results so that they can look good at meetings with management

      I really appreciate how everyone is always focused on doing the right thing in the best way for our customers, clients, and employees.

      Working in a state-regulated industry can be frustrating; almost everything we try to accomplish either has a delay or an exception because of the unique needs of a few states' regulators .
