Literally everything. Any sort of suggestions for improvements are shot down. Minimal staff at critical times of the year. No culture.

Employee satisfaction doesn't seem important for the company. Targets have been raised. We get a lot of pressure and as stated in many reviews before the company doesn't realize that their are many other insurance companies in Dublin that offer higher salaries and better conditions than Allianz. Irish people are treated differently in many aspects. Just an example; when Irish Team Leads or managers leave the company Allianz usually contributes to a small Farewell party. When foreigners leave we need to organize our Farewell party by ourselves with our own money. Kindness doesn't seem to be valued in the Dublin office. For years the AES score in some teams are very low while in some they were high. HR completely ignored this fact instead of investigating why some teams seem to be unhappy. The positive reviews seem very rude and unprofessional. Let me quote one "the Policy Management Officers with bad English have finally left the company". Is it necessary to complain about someones English in that rude way? At least we foreigners are able to speak another language except English!!
