Pros

You have a job and get a salary.

Cons

Useless micro management at all levels. Bullying is a daily activity you are subjected to and HR seem to be well aware of it, but prefer to turn a blind eye as they are too busy making sure that you are wearing business clothes. Overtime is not a choice as they push you so much that in the end it becomes mandatory. Pressure all the time, no wonder lots of people are in stress leave or leave the company. No flexibility . Very bad atmosphere. Ridiculous lunch and break times. They advertise other job opportunities across the other departments but they will not let you go to the other departments if you are good at what you do already. They will fail your interview and say you don't have the necessary expertise to do the job. As soon as they hear you are leaving management ignores you for the whole period notice and does not even say goodbye on your last day.

Pros

Money, healthcare, is a growing company so there are opportunities

Cons

Terrible Management at all levels, Lying, Harassment over non essential thing, Micromanagement, Bullying, hypocrisy, No ethical behavior or even intelligent behavior shown by management to the employees. I assume it depends on the immediate manager. But it seems to stem from the top. Very two Tier, hierarchical organisation all about people manipulation CEO likes to personally tell all new hires how it founded the company, it's rubbish, even the company website contradicts it. Mid management come across as craven bullies. If you little empathy and lots of ambition, you can advance in the company. Just don't believe what people tell you and make sure you read everything you sign. Illness is very much frowned upon often litigiously so.
