I met in Allianz the meanest, self-centered, arrogant, uneducated Irish people (thanks God I leave in Ireland for many years and I know that not all Irish people are like that). Most Irish colleagues (especially managers) are so afraid of their educated foreign colleagues that they are gossiping and even bullying them. A colleague of mine (no, it was not me :) ) made are video with his mobile phone in the kitchen where two Irish managers were making fun of an German Policy Management Officer and posted it on Youtube. Finally everyone will know the truth about what's going on in our department and why so many of us already wrote negative reviews on Glassdoor.

The people you work with are all really good and everyone gets along. The team managers are really supportive and actually show interest in where you want to go within the company. Lots of team/company events during and outside of work. Yearly survey to see what needs some work.

Cons

Workload in claims can sometimes become stressful. Training can sometimes be a bit rushed for existing employee moving to another role. Which more often than not leads to them not enjoying their work. Could be more training given on dealing with difficult customers.
