Stressful and very demanding job. Personal targets and SLAs are the most important thing of this company. Everything is reported in your personal file and will follow you for the rest of your career. No outstanding support in the department; good elements are overwhelmed by questions & queries, when others are harassed to improve their target and/or quality.

Useless middle management doing all the dirty job, at a certain stage of your career you come to realise that there are so many hindrances, which cannot be overcome, that you start behaving like most of the staff there. Backstabbing and leaving colleagues to deal with your own workload so that targets can be reached become the norm after a while working there and nobody seems to care much about it. Bullying is a daily activity you are subjected to and HR seem to be well aware of it, but prefer to turn a blind eye as they are too busy making sure that you are wearing the right shoes, that your skirt is long enough for a business environment and so on. Team leaders in my department used to go around the office to make sure that everybody was wearing business clothes.
