Pros

Leaders in the industry with very large and important brands as their partners.

Cons

Really bad technology and software. They haven’t increased salaries for over 2 years and attrition is very high.

Pros

Pay checks were deposited on time most of the time. I had long term friends before being laid off.

Cons

HQ in Paris is only concerned with using the US to cover the other business units costs. Don't expect support or investment for the US

Fantastic place to work

Pros

The company is always looking to hire within. The director level is filled with folks that started in the mail room or as a CSR. Many VPs and our CSO began their careers as directors or sales reps. There’s tremendous opportunity for quick career growth. Yet at the same time you’ll find people who have found a position they love. A position that slows them the flexibility and stability to live the life they want. If you have a passion outside your work you can likely live your dream here, as long as you put in your hours. Lots of companies are all about “promote or perish”. Many are filled with dead end jobs. Allianz Partners is a great place because everyone’s path is accepted and appreciated. And that’s the key thing. The company treats its employees with meaningful respect and appreciation. There’s a reason so many have been here for 10-20 years.

Cons

If you do move up no one is going to make sure your time is your time. Saying you’re out won’t stop the phone from ringing or the emails-you have to have the discipline to make your time off actually time off. This can be difficult, because it’s a genuine team culture were folks believe that we all rise and fall together, but you’ll never get berated for taking your personal time
