      Name on cv, meeting people.

      Selling lies to clients :24Hhelpline in business language does not exist, service level agreement never met, allowing employees to be extremely rude and unprofessional to clients. Low salary, obvious favoritism between employees.

      Life Balance was finally improved.

      Target is sometimes inachievable and borring,if you tchit tchat a bit and if you are local you get promotions, opportunities are Not given in an open way , Training opportunities are equal to 0, Salary I guess it is a very little comparing to a big Multinational like Allianz, People do not Mix,

      Despite some negative reviews here, the CEO seems ok.

      Cons

      My time in Market Management has been punctuated with sexism, favoritism, and ego-centric decision-making. I think the work is created to please the biggest ego in the room. There seems to be little motivation to improve or change the status quo due to fear of retaliation.
