      good team co-operation regular meetings with all the floor to catch the late updates (new markets, new employees, new events...) Open door policies to talk to the management

      Far from city centre and very poor with the public transport to go there

      Pros

      Always had good Managers who I could trust and supported my career development. I have worked in various teams and the environment has been positive and based on trust and team work. There are some fantastic leaders in the Company and hard working staff with a tremendous expertise.

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be improved. The Company has lost a bit its identity over the last few years and Dublin office has lost presence. There is a hierarchical element to the Company and systems can be improved.
