      Pros

      Good people, some clients are good to deal with. Toowong office has onsite gym. Some good employee benefits. Good brand and name

      Cons

      No process, under staffed, over worked, no direction, senior management clueless, no collaboration between the teams which adds to a blame culture

      You meet lots of good people that will make your life easy. You will have money to spend in things that you don't want to help you to survive in a job that you don't like.

      Cons

      They will bring your hopes to the sky before destroy you.

      Pros

      Good benefits including healthcare, contributions towards car and home insurance. Very few companies offer those benefits these days. Lots of opportunities Training and education possibilities Sponsorship of race entries, good networking culture, promoting social activity and diversity. Positive company culture Great location away from the city centre

      Cons

      Current reorganisation is confused with mixed messages to staff. This is leading to a little insecurity. But overall there are very few cons. I hear some colleagues moaning about there not being enough teabags and I laugh! Compared to other places I've worked AWC is an excellent employer.
