WORST. COMPANY. TO. WORK. FOR. IN. IRELAND

Literally none that I can think of except the great team mates who eventually hit the door running one by one because of the horrible management, abusive environment, unrealistic goals, and almost ZERO chance for advancement in exchange for VERY hard work.

If there's a 'No Star' option I'd give that honestly. So I'll try to sum this up in as little words as possible. Imagine working your hardest every single day that anywhere else you would naturally be promoted and rewarded, yet your achievements are constantly undermined and unnecessary hurdles are thrown in your way just because management has 'other plans' for certain people based on favoritism, nepotism and anything other than actual qualification (yes i worked as hard at another company after leaving Allianz, and guess what, I'm a manager now). So yeah! My sincere advise to anyone looking for a new job is to AVOID ALLIANZ PARTNERS as much as possible. Nothing good comes out of working there. Even the experience you'd be left with will make you appreciate any other employer you'll basically work for after leaving this company. ANYWHERE else is better. If you have a lot to offer then this is definitely not the place for you nor the kind of management that appreciates and values 'Talent'. Maybe that's why they're always on the hunt for Talent acquisition specialists. Finally, the company keeps asking employees on and on to not write such reviews on Glassdoor, but guess what, all current and former employees will continue to spread the word because it's simply a matter of transparency now and anyone thinking of joining the company should really know what they're signing up for beforehand.
