      They don't have a manpower. We three people handled the entire process but the management never bothered to hire the employees. We even didn't took our week off's if required our colleagues exceeded their working hours to give us week off.

      1. Greater Responsibility beyond the Job description. 2. Acquire greater recognition for accomplishments. 3. Acquire significant exposure to new practice areas. 4. More direct impact on the company’s outcome.

      Cons

      1. Lesser availability or resources. 2. Greater likelihood of menial tasks. The lack of adequate manpower is one of the major problems that executives working in this companies often face. Even if you are multi-tasking, it may not be possible for you to handle numerous tasks at the same time on a regular basis. As a result, the level of workload that you will need to deal with would be significantly higher than within a large organization.
