8yThank you for your feedback. It is true that we invest a lot of our time and money to maintain a supportive work environment for our employees. We are constantly improving our training modules to support our senior leaders, managers and our employees to help them develop their skills. The wellbeing of our employees is hugely important to us. Last year we launched Work well program to help employees to manage stress, regardless of their role or level.
