      Pros

      I have been with the company for over 5 years and have been very happy with the people I work with, the company and our leadership team. There are number of opportunities to grow and develop and be part of projects that impact the business. There are great wellness initiatives with an onsite gym facility and fitness classes that you can take at lunch. For me the work life balance is key!! I have the ability to work hard and accomplish my career objectives while maintaining a healthy family life.

      Cons

      We all work hard and have very high expectations. Sometime there are competing priorities with limited resources and it can be a balancing act.

      Pros

      AGA has a mission of helping people anytime and anywhere! It is very easy and comfortable to work for a company with a mission statement that is in line with your own personal values.

      Cons

      Café Destination! You can really add the pounds when there is an in-house restaurant available to you all the time.
