      Good location on richmond west end off highway, great building with starbucks and cafe, now half empty, outdoor walking areas, community service, great customer service, growing

      Cons

      uninspiring workplace, awful top management, heavy bureaucracy, regulatory problems, mass exodus of good people, including top officers, many jobs already offshored and more may come, some departments are in shambles, heavy hand of parent company in some ways

      The Best Work Life Balance and Culture Fit

      Pros

      AGA is a great company to work for. I love that my management team allows a flexible work schedule and promotes a positive work-life balance. I utilize my lunch breaks to work out at the office gym and I'm able to work from home if needed. The international environment is what really attracted me to AGA. In fact, they are flying me to Munich, Germany to participate on a global project! I feel that this company offers me opportunities I wouldn't get elsewhere.

      Cons

      As with any job or company, there are challenges, such as competing priorities and "red tape" when it comes to the global chain of command here. It's tough to manage projects that are impacted by global requirements that do not necessarily fit the local need, but you simply work through these limitations and come up with a solution to work around it.

      New building, nice cubicles, gym, cafe, starbucks, nice people to work with, travel insurance business is interesting, growing

      Cons

      Benefits cut, self centered top management who says they care but really don't, poor work atmosphere, no passion left anymore, just another place to get a paycheck until you get another job
