      Pros

      Company ambiance is great, colleagues are super friendly. Good benefits such as transportation paid 100%, 7€ meal vouchers, group insurance, flexi time. Overtime compensated with either extra cash or days off.

      Cons

      Management is unfortunately very poor. Bad communication to employees. You need to be a hypocrite and never say anything if you ever want to be promoted. It's always the same people who are promoted. Company culture is old fashioned. HR is clueless. No carreer management. The helpline is a helpless place to work in.... systems are numerous and bulky and not user friendly. Constantly under pressure!

      You won't loss your job as there is more than enough to do.

      Cons

      loads of presure on the targets = quantity over quality; mandatory over time - as per contract 40 hours week but standard is 44 hrs; constant request to work on weekend and 13 hours ones a week if not at least one you "let the team down"
