Low Pay, No Progression, No Recognition, No development opportunities! In a nutshell, a company that doesn't care about its employees unless they are Senior Managers. Hard work won't get you promoted here! Go somewhere else where you will be valued. Archaic systems that set you up for failure. The company doesn't invest in any new tools or systems. The existing systems always crash or hinder your productivity. Very hierarchical and old fashioned company. No company culture or perks apart from the health insurance and pension. No learning/career development opportunities. Unchallenging work. Most people who work here eventually become depressed. They are literally trapped by circumstance and forced to work for a company they hate with no prospects of a real career.

Discrimination is rampant. Everyone is only out for themselves. Highly political and toxic. Lack of accountability, managers always passing the buck. Managers are totally transactional (Tick and flick, merely to avoid HR complaints being raised). Not open to new people or new ideas because old furniture (in management and staff) have deep roots and like their cushy jobs. Siloed and lacking desire to cross-collaborate for the betterment of the organisation (and ultimately partners and customers). Highly inefficient with process and skill gaps and operational and financial leakage. No desire to course-correct. Arrogance and complacency causes critical and important things to be missed in BAU and project work.
