Awful. Ran away shortly after - don't regret it!

The teammate were nice although everyone was noticeably stressed
Cons
- Pay was horrible, plus I suspect salary disparagement between female and male workers - on the first day, I noticed I was paid less than my male colleague, we both had masters degrees, he was just out of college while I had already 2 years of experience, not cool - IT system is the most outdated I've ever worked with. It takes FOREVER to do ANYTHING. I really can't understand how can they push and push for targets while their infrastructure sucks so much and literally sets you up for failure! - The environment was toxic, I really could see no respect for employees, and they are so used to having no benefits that they made an incredible deal out of having a couple microwaves in the office (that left me speechless) and a microfridge for 60+ people on the same floor. - It's clear there was no career progression path. I actually noticed how weird it was that managers ran after and pointed out at people as if they were a rare animal "YOU SEE? THEY'VE BEEN PROMOTED!" - then you approach the person and they say they've been working in the same position for 7-8 years... - Location takes just forever to reach
