- you are employed by a third party which is nextcare not allianz so you are not receiving any allianz benefits and this was the first scam that I knew signing my contract -childish TL and manipulative controlling claims manager. Rude Ops manager doesn’t care about ethics or workload -many gossips, bullies and bad office politics - no clear rules for delegation of tasks and workload is crazy over weekends and official holidays. You are somehow prohibited to take your own annual leaves -low salaries compared to market - it takes forever to get promoted and you can get demoted if you suddenly become”disliked “ you can get terminated for the same reason too and force you to put your resignation to avoid paying you - management changes alot and high turnover within team too - it’s a regular administrative/ data entry job but they will try to brainwash you that you will learn more - please don’t waste your good years over a rusty job
