      Pros

      Best company I have ever worked for - good benefits - lots of career opportunities - high performance culture and if you have a good work ethic and drive you will do very well here - felt compelled to write a review after reading some negative ones on here - if your looking to doss or you are a negative person this is not a place for you -

      No cons really location really suits me also pension is great and lots of overtime work hard and have a positive attitude and you will do well here -

      Pros

      The atmosphere can be really nice in that the lower level employees are very nice and a lot of them are very funny. If you are an over the phone agent you will get a property and casualty license.

      Cons

      If you work the 4-12am shift you have no life whatsoever. There is no consistency and you are constantly being told to be the expert but it is difficult when 3 different people have three different answers to the same question.

      2 days work in the office and 3 from home

      Cons

      Toxic environment Poor communication and lack of transparency from management. No real career development opportunities. Just another company that only cares about profit and completely neglects its employees. No effort whatsoever to improve the work environment.
