      Great people, but poor top down management

      Pros

      Hardworking employees, engaging work, understanding supervisors, some middle management in operations with limited management experience receiving unwarranted promotions.

      Cons

      COO, CFO, and CEO always changing. The company is losing money and reported that they would be for about 2 years before slowly moving themselves into a position of profitability. Its global office has limited knowledge of how to run a travel insurance company in Canada as they continue to provide poor insight to the Canadian business. Generally the sense around the company is a sense of fear of losing their jobs and the management they bring in from other countries is doing little of solving that problem and letting some of the more skilled employees and managers go as a result of poor office politics.
