Pros

Available Onsite opportunity for BA only. For Dev & tester, trivendrum will be your onsite..lolzz but it's true guys. Only trivendrum people get onsite opportunity.

Cons

Manager driven company. In 1 project you will find maximum BA 's as compare to other team players. HR just play role of poppet of managers. No policies & processes set. Maximum time you have to come in weekend because of failed project planning. Manager doesn't understand technical thing & they give false commitments to their business partners due to this reason every team member has to suffer a lot. When BA goes to onsite, they have to give unrealistic estimation to client because of management pressure as they want project here. They switched off AC during lunch time, tea time & in weekend they don't switch on AC as well. Manager literally threatened to employee if they denied to come on weekend. In few teams they use to work in weekend & sit in the office 26-27 hr & it doesn't matter you are man or woman. You will get F&F in 5-6 months with incorrect amount & if try to chase them then u won't get success due to HR unavailability. HR changes frequently & u can't Catch them after reliving. Extremely high level politics with micro management people Pathetic appraisal very low as compare to market standard. You have to clear their ABS internal exams, otherwise everything will be effected & manger tells u clearly & threatened you. Appraisal % is very very low. Manager ues to abuse people on the floor. Managers will denied clearly what they have committed you.

Pros

Great Work Life Balance Unbeatable 401K match If you like to travel, you get to see different part of the world (and since most of the offices are in the business district, you would travel to metropolitan, urban setting) You get to learn a lot

Cons

-Politics; German vs US approach, NY vs Chicago vs Munich vs [whatever office location], could be unending, tiring, and honestly petty -We are big (although limited brand recognition in the US), however we are little bit of everything and it is difficult to make meaningful changes unless you are the top mgt or close to their circle (but see my point above) -If you are not in the circle, good luck in getting their attention. Tried so many times to get their time to talk only to be rebuffed. Best example was when I made a special day trip to NY only to see (one of) my boss across the hall walking to washroom and I got a waived of recognition :-) -For a company this big, I am surprised at how limited the opportunity I can get the more I move up. At times, the message I got is rather conflicting: "You are too expensive", "You may not have the expertise", or "Development is your responsibility so you figure it out your own" or sometimes I got no response whatsoever. Keep in mind, I step up when my predecessor got let go, grew the team, integrated the team w/ Fireman's Fund, participated successfully in Navigator, DDI training for Executives, etc. It's astonishing how the accomplishments meant nothing or how much support not received when I wanted to learn more.

Don't plan on this being a career. Sweatshop.

Pros

Connected to a big global company (Allianz)

Cons

The US claims organization leadership is best described as arrogant and abusive. Creates a disrespectful "sweatshop" environment. The "old boy" network is alive and well here...performance doesn't matter; how loyal you are to "leaders" that make snap decisions with little information, and routinely berate their employees does. Enter at your own risk. Invest your career time elsewhere...you only have one life.
